Alpha G:Corp undertakes projects through acquisitions, joint venture development and development & asset management. Currently, the company is developing large-scale city centre projects, integrated townships and commercial and residential projects envisaging a value of over Rs. 4000 crores. GurgaonOne was launched in the month of February 2004. It achieved sales of INR 1.4 billion in just four months and became fully sold before the excavation was carried out. GurgaonOne received the completion certificate in September 2007 and handover of possession to actual owners was successfully completed. In a short span of time over 150 families have already moved in GurgaonOne.

Tower-B was designed by the renowned Architects, ARCOP and the schedule of construction was pre-poned due to the pressing demand for premium office space in Gurgaon by global major, Ernst & Young on a built-to-suit basis. It comprises of ten floors with a total area of 1,44,000 sq. ft. with optimum space utilization. The construction was completed in a record period and it has been handed over to Ernst & Young on April 30, 2007, for their India Corporate Office.

Golf View Corporate Towers was also certified ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Developer – Commercial/Office (Built) category at the Cityscape Asia Real Estate Awards 2008 held at Singapore.

This project is being developed under the Mega projects’ umbrella. 1st phase worth        Rs. 600 crores has been handed over to renowned anchors, Shoppers Stop, Hyper City and Fun Republic and the city centre will be operational in FY 09-10. The 5-star Business Hotel by Ista is operational.  The project will serve as a single point destination centre for not only the residents of Amritsar but also the religious tourists who are visiting the Golden Temple, NRI’s visiting Amritsar and the rich towns surrounding Amritsar. 2nd phase of the development will comprise of a budget hotel, service apartment, studio apartments and high-end fully furnished apartments which will cater to the ever increasing influx of the NRI populations to Amritsar.
