Redefining Fatehabad
Right in the heart of the agricultural
belt of Haryana is the town Fatehabad. It is well connected to Delhi,

The Government of India has announced plans to set up a nuclear power plant
20km from Fatehabad. This proposed 1600 MW nuclear power plant is sure to
stimulate investment in the region and thereby increasing commercial
activities. The announcement to set up the 20 Biomass-based power projects
generating 183 MW in Fatehabad and neighboring areas has also been welcomed by
the local population.
With so many projects developing together, it is of no surprise that a proposal
to build an airport in the nearby city of Hissar was conceived by the
Government.
