It has been an eventful quarter for the industry. The economy was subdued by inflationary pressures and this affected the real estate industry too.
Once again our values for being customer centric and market driven held us in good stead and we thrived even in these difficult circumstances.
Looking forward, the situation looks much more promising. The Haryana Government has announced various infrastructure and development activities like biomass and nuclear power plants, tourism initiatives, and education institutions in many prominent cities of the state including Karnal, Kurukshetra and Hissar. This has resulted in lifting the business sentiments in the state.

The quarter began with the completion of the GurgaonOne club. From all counts, the residents of GurgaonOne are happy to be enjoying the world class infrastructure at GurgaonOne.
We are also happy to inform you that the city office in Karnal has been made into a fully operational Regional Office for Haryana region.

Work at all Alpha G:Corp sites are on at full swing. The recent dealers meet at Kurukshetra and Fatehabad was a big success. Property consultants at the meetings expressed their appreciation for the company's policy of transparency and ethical practices.

Karnal: The Hub of the Future

The proximity of Karnal to Delhi and Chandigarh has made it a political power house. Today with many Government sponsored commercial projects coming up in and around Karnal, the city has become even more strategic for the residents.

Some of the recent developments include the following announcements by The Haryana Chief Minister:

At a total cost of Rs.537.54 crores, the up gradation of five roads on a build-operate-and-transfer basis is in progress. It will include Yamunanagar-Ladwa-Karnal road which will enhance the value of all the developments in this area.
The Haryana Government has proposed to set up a private civil aviation school at the airstrip in Karnal just behind our township.
A 'Rajiv Gandhi Education City' to be set-up in Sonipat-Kundli multi functional Urban Complex for higher standards of education in the region.
A World Class Petrochemical Hub at Panipat worth Rs. 25,000 crores will be set-up.

Karnal is poised to be a city of international stature. This also makes it a very lucrative region to invest and live in.

Approval obtained for the zoning of Club, Nursing Home and Shopping Centre at Karnal-Indri Road entrance.
Production of 80% of curbstones, channels and pavers completed.
Landscaping and horticulture work in the township facing Indri Road is in full swing.
The final layer of WBM in pocket 1, pocket 2 and pocket 3 roads is being completed.
45 meter and 24 meter wide roads in the three pockets have been laid.
Sewer line and storm water line for 115 acres is nearing completion.
Erection of street light poles and electrical work is underway.
HT and LT cables on 45 meter wide road in pockets 1, 2 &3 is completed, while work in pocket 4 and 5 is in full swing.
Construction of rainwater harvesting system is fully completed.
Construction and installation of under-ground water tanks, substation and sewage treatment plant is in full swing.
