About The Project
Alpha International City, Kurukshetra, is an integrated township comprising
plotted development, villas and group housing spread across an area of 90
acres. The site (which will eventually become Sectors 29 and 30) has been
chosen very carefully, and is strategically located adjacent to the rapidly
growing residential and commercial sectors being developed by HUDA.
The proposed Ring Road is just 2 kilometres away from the township; the main bus
stand is at a distance of 3 kilometres; and the railway station is a short 5
kilometre drive away.
Alpha International City, Kurukshetra has been planned as a self-contained
township backed by comprehensive infrastructure and a host of amenities
including healthcare facilities, schools, shopping and entertainment centres, multiplexes, clubs, community
centres, etc. The plot sizes available at the township are 270sq. yards, 360
sq. yards, 500 sq. yards and 970 sq. yards.
