Alpha International City is an integrated township located at Karnal, in Sectors 28 and 29 of HUDA on National Highway one. The township, spread across more than 300 acres, is one of the first truly world-class developments by any real estate developer in the country in a Tier-II city.
The fully integrated township is being developed in phases, wherein the residential development will be followed by retail, commercial, educational and healthcare developments to build an integrated self-contained township. The development work for first phase of 141 acres, comprising 1129 plots in sizes 970, 500, 360, 250 sq. yards is already complete and the handover process will be initiated in the coming year.
