Overview

end-users, Alpha G:Corp recently introduced the concept of Value Added Business
Associates (VABA) for its projects. VABA is an association of business
associates that embodies the company's philosophy and acts as its ambassador in
public. The programme has been designed with the aim of creating awareness
about the Alpha G:Corp's track record, business culture and overall objectives
among the target audience.
The programme was initiated from Alpha International City, Karnal. As per the
programme, VABA are selected from amongst the established and professional
realtors operating in vicinity of Alpha G:Corp's project locations. Special
norms have been drawn up for the identification and selection of brokers for
VABA. The selected brokers receive extensive training that aligns them with
Alpha G:Corp's value systems and overall objectives. The trained brokers are
then allotted the status of VABA (Value Added Business Associates). Besides
this, skill and perception enhancing kits have been designed to enhance the
'win-win' factor of this programme.
A member of VABA is an integral part of the growing Alpha G:Corp family and is
entitled to several advantages and benefits. One of the key benefits is an
incentive plan for VABA that uses customer satisfaction as a measure for
performance of the associate.
Through VABA, Alpha G:Corp aims to facilitate the process of building and
strengthening the bridge between its delivery system and the aspirations of
current and prospective buyers and inhabitants of Alpha projects. The company
believes that its business associates are the spokespersons of the company's
