      Alpha International City Karnal

The need-based shift from metros to Tier 2 & 3 cities and small satellite towns will be the trend for the future. This will be further augmented with the availability of housing loans, growth of mall culture, IT & industry parks, new workforce, all within the scope of planned townships.

Escalating real estate prices in urban areas and short supply of land in major metros leads first to vertical growth and subsequently to the inclusion of suburbs in the development process.

After that, as a natural progression the focus shifts to suburban pockets in Tier 2 & 3 cities where demand from middle class buyers is strongly prevalent. The cost effectiveness or affordability factor contributes to the increased attraction of suburban areas while quality, timely delivery and high standards of construction, along with add-on facilities are mandatory to effectively cater to this expanding market.

As a result, the real estate industry looks set to progress further afield to expand beyond the Indian mega metros to the never-seen-before Megapolises, signaling the arrival of new lifestyles and aspirations. This would have the dual advantage of blurring the line of distinction in facilities and opportunities between the metro, towns and even villages over a period of time. With the advent of single families, people are spending more on premium quality accommodation as buyers have become selective after consistent exposure to developments internationally.

As everybody knows, the success of real estate projects depends primarily on the location. Derived from this knowledge, our integrated townships coming up in Haryana’s prime sectors of Karnal, Kurukshetra and Fatehabad are oases of good life and healthy living. The townships are designed to provide an optimum living environment that includes infrastructural requirements like international K-12 school, hospital and healthcare facility, retail, entertainment, commercial spaces and every other development that not just enhances the quality of life for our customers but makes them a part of the new breed of environmentally conscious consumers. These eco-friendly practices and amenities are provided at our integrated townships even though our prices are comparatively lower than other townships being developed in the area, including that of HUDA sectors.

Just like the huge shift seen in the choice of automobiles, the customer today looks beyond the basic kitchen and bathroom facilities to landscaping, security and many other aspects. People are also sensitive to the lifestyle changes around them and the environmental issues that have become an important concern for everyone. We at Alpha G:Corp aim to incorporate features in all our developments that take into account these changes and concerns. We also take special care to incorporate the latest environmental technologies and practices into our planning process. The primary objective of our company at this point is to usher in world-class living in Tier 2 & 3 cities and towns in India. Thankfully, with the realistic economic policies of our nation we can offer both, quality and value-for-money spaces to end-users as a logical step forward.
