Tower-B has been designed by the renowned architects ARCOP. The complex offers world class services and amenities, backed by top-of-the-line systems and well-trained support staff.

The Tower comprises ten storeys spread across an area of 1,39,547 square feet, with optimum space utilisation. The floor plates vary from a range of 9,648 to 16,854 square feet. The complex is planned for two towers namely Tower–A, which is also completely operational and leased out.
